L’AVÉQ will be part of the show

We are proud and happy to welcome for the first time in our exhibition, the Association des véhicules électriques du Québec. The AVÉQ will hold an information booth and will showcase some fifteen electric vehicles of all brands in the parking lot located in front of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Town Hall on June 17th.

Four reasons motivate this collaboration and this extraordinary addition to our event:

1) It is important that “Cruisin at the Boardwalk”, without losing its unique personality, can participate in the community’s efforts to promote and support the electrification of the transportation of people.

2) AVÉQ is a credible and independent organization, which is not linked to any car manufacturer. It is able to offer visitors a neutral viewpoint, although favorably oriented, to electric vehicles and consumer experience.

3) We wanted a large number of visitors to take note of the efforts made by the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, which is now equipped with a first electric charging station in this parking lot.

4) Selfishly, we are well aware that one day or another these outdated electric vehicles will also become “antiques”, “vintages”, car of another time. Maybe even people will find it a lot of fun to remember a first “date”, a first “french kiss”, a first “folie” when they see them again in our section of “belles-d’autrefois” in 2042.

Imagine that we will always “cruisin” in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue …
